Chocolate Truffles

  • 200 gr of white chocolate
  • 300 gr of plain chocolate
  • a tablespoon of softened butter
  • a dash of cognac
  • 125 gr of condensed milk
  • 125 gr of dulce de leche
  • Pure cocoa powder
Melt the chocolates in a bain-marie and add the butter, condensed milk, dulce de leche and the dash of cognac. Allow cooling in the fridge until it hardens and create the little balls (either with two teaspoons or with your hands), which will be dipped into the pure cocoa powder.
