Dulce de Leche Chocolate Milkshake with Churro Dippers

  • ¼ cup Márdel Dulce de Leche, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 Churro bread
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp Mexican cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • ¼ tsp ancho chili powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Whipped cream


  1. In a blender, add ice cream, milk, Márdel Dulce de Leche, Mexican cocoa powder, cinnamon, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour milkshakes into glasses and top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Add Swirl Bread churro sticks.
