Dulce de Leche/Milk Caramel Spread Ice Cream

  • 300 gr of dulce de leche
  • 150 gr of cream
  • 150 gr of milk

1. Same amount of dulce de leche as the combination of milk and liquid cream 35% fat.
2. Mix the milk and the dulce de leche.
3. Add the cream.
4. Refrigerate until cool.
5. And then into the freezer. Stir every two hours in order to avoid crystallization and to achieve creaminess.
